How do I work with a Virtual Typist?

 

Virtual Admin & Document Solutions is a fast and efficient typing service. We prepare professional quality documents for you, then deliver them straight to you inbox in just a few easy steps.

 

Your Virtual Typist works remotely. We can help you no matter where you are located, as long as you have an internet connection and email access. We can do any task you require as long as we are provided with clear instructions, and give any relevant information.

 

Our business is VIRTUAL, which means all of our work is done remotely, over the telephone and online. We do not work in a traditional office setting, and are unable to meet with you in person, unless you live in the Alice Springs area and only in exceptional circumstances. In certain instances, we may be able to meet with you briefly, but this service will only be offered at our discretion. We can, however, arrange to meet with you via Skype, FaceTime or Messenger for an in-person conversation, if required.

 

 

Where do we start?

 

Either send us an initial enquiry or fill in our online registration form so we can find out some more information about you (and/or your business), exactly what it is you need done, ask any questions we may have and then obtain any further information or materials we may require.

How does the process work?

Its as easy as:

  • You provide us with any information or special instructions we require to produce the requested document - this can be given to us over the telephone, sent to us via email, hard copy forwarded to us via regular post (if there are no time constraints), or in limited circumstances, hard copy provided in person

  • Ensure you are available by phone or email to answer any questions we may have for more technical documents, as required

  • We create and proofread the document

  • Completed document is then emailed as a  PDF or word file (or in very limited circumstances, document may be printed and provided in hard copy
