We are equipped with all the necessary office equipment (such as computer, photocopier, printer, email, and telephone), and are experienced at using all the commonly used office-based software products. We can communicate with you, and share documents and ideas at any time, by using email or by utilising our convenient Dropbox facility.

I don't understand what a Virtual Assistant is - can you clarify?

Virtual Assistants are independent contractors who specialise in providing outsourced and virtual administrative support. Virtual Assistants work off-site from their own office, and do not share your workspace.

 

Hiring a Virtual Assistant can be very cost-effective because there are no costs associated with providing an office space, paying superannuation or full time wages.

 

 

Do I have to sign a contract?

 

Clients who engage us to provide Virtual Administrative support or Paralegal Services on a retainer package are required to sign a Service Agreement.

Clients using our Transcription service or pay by the hour are not required to sign a Service Agreement.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by heading to our VIP Client page and utilising our convenient online Credit Card payment facility.

 

 

What format must my audio file be in for transcription?

 

Virtual Admin & Document Solutions accepts audio files in all formats (DSS, DSS Pro, WMA, MP3 and WAV/AIFF). However, if you prefer a faster upload time or have multiple files to upload, we recommend you upload your files in MP3 format

 

 

How do I convert my audio file into MP3?

Audio files can be converted into MP3 using iTunes. Simply right click on the file, and then choose 'Convert Selection to MP3' under the 'Advanced ' menu. Alternatively, you may prefer to download 'Switch', which is a free software application for audio conversion at www.nch.com.au.
