To get started, either call us, send us an email, or complete our online client registration form so we can enter your details into our client database and determine how best to assist you. In the meantime, log in to our VIP Access page, where you can upload files and gain access to our convenient online payment system.

Payment Terms

Retainer packages must be paid up front and in full before services commence, by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (Master or Visa). Any extra expenses incurred will be invoiced, with payment required within 7 days.

For services provided at an hourly rate, we require upfront payment of the first hour for smaller projects, and 50% of estimated costs for larger projects, as agreed before commencement. The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon completion of the project, and the documents will be provided when final payment has been received.

 

Transcription services require upfront payment, as agreed before commencement, by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (Master or Visa). However, Government agencies or clients requiring regular or recurring transcription services are invited to complete our Account Application form and request to pay by invoice. Account holders will be sent an invoice on completion of transcription, with payment required within 10 days via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (Master or Visa).

Monthly Retainer Packages

We are happy to offer virtual administrative and paralegal support tailored to your needs.

A retainer package allows us to be flexible with the services provided while working within a block of time. It also ensures that we reserve time to meet your needs.

Hourly Rate

We do offer hourly rates for clients that have small projects, one-off document requests or would like to avoid any monthly commitments.

Paying for services by the hour is the most expensive method, and is limited to availability.

 

Hourly support requires a minimum of one (1) hour.

Hours are billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.

No contract required for hourly support.

Transcription Services

 

We are pleased to offer our clients a first-rate transcription service with competitive prices.

 

Our transcriptions are charged by the audio minute, which makes it possible for you to know the cost ahead of time and to ensure your project runs to budget.

Rates for our transcriptions services are based on turnaround time and the number of voices per recording.

For same day transcription service, dictations/audio files must be uploaded by 11.00am, with a limit of up to 60 minutes per client.
